I have been here twice now with two different people, easy to order screen and the employees are always so friendly and kind. Highly recommended, the drinks are delicious! And I love the point system. I got a text stating to leave feedback for free toppings but no option when I try, that is only issue I have.

I visited this place today and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my experience was definitely their amazing waffles. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making for a delightful treat. I also tried their Thai tea boba tea, which was simply fantastic. I loved that I could customize the sweetness level to my preference, allowing me to enjoy the drink exactly how I like it. The boba was chewy and fresh, adding the perfect texture to the creamy tea. On top of the delicious food and drinks, the prices were quite reasonable, making it an excellent spot for a treat without breaking the bank.

I’ve been close to seeing God twice in my life. Once when I was young and had a near death experience, and the second time was when I drank the Mini Pearl Mango Milk Tea from this Gong Cha because it was that heavenly. The employees are great, the teas are fantastic and competitively priced, and the establishment itself has such a cool and chill atmosphere. You won’t regret spending your money here.

From Gong Cha in Asia to the ones here in the US - these shops never fail me. I just discovered their Mango Milk Slush and it’s been my favorite!! Not too dairy rich and their mango flavor tastes like mango from their stores in Asia!

I am SO freaking happy they opened a GONG CHA in the Chicago suburbs (nearer to me)!!!!! Ever since I drank this in Toronto two years ago, I have missed it. The tea flavor is strong even with my regular 100% sweetness. I need it to have a strong tea taste with the creaminess. It really hit the spot. They have bubble waffles, which I was too full to try, but I hope they get more snacks and desserts. The one in Toronto had Croffles and it would be such a great addition. Space is clean and has enough places to sit. Closes later that regular suburb places, so that’s awesome!

Beautiful place with delicious drinks and food!! A good place to hang out, have cute dates and study!! Open 11 am - 11 pm every day. Staff are friendly and adorable! Highly recommend!
